Probably just holding them to the same standards and not overlooking issues like punctuality, absenteeism, communications, dress codes, etc. Think about the schools systems that are lowering standards in order to recognize that many black people “grow up in a different culture”, and the same for hiring in public employee jobs (such as police depts), for which the standards have been reduced in order to have more minorities qualify.
