Sore Loser Laws. No candidate who finished in the single-digits will have standing to file any challenge.
Remove jurisdiction on these cases from all inferior Federal courts.
Strict national deadline. Ask for a recount within ten days of the election, or forever hold your peace.
And require the losing candidate or party to post bond in the total cost of the recount UP FRONT.

I wonder if any shenanigans will be uncovered there, or if it’s going to be a boring, democrat-controlled recount. I would think that there was a lot of fraud in Clark County, where Las Vegas is. That’s Reid country. And chock full of illegals.
It was announced on Rush Limbaugh’s show this week that a number of counties in and around Detroit may have invalidated a recount.
According to him, the number of ballots in a few counties didn’t match up with the vote count.

168.871 Recount; use of electronic voting system; use of voting machines; recount of absent voter ballots; procedures for conduct of recount; use of computer; testing software application.
Sec. 871.
(b) The number of ballots to be recounted and the number of ballots issued on election day as shown on the poll list or the computer printout do not match and the difference is not explained to the satisfaction of the board of canvassers.
And if precincts whose poll books don’t match with ballots can’t be recounted. If that happens, original election results stand.
And those were all, as I understand it, Hilary victories. They used to call this caught with your hand in the cookie jar. Welcome to voter fraud. Now we just call it liberal politics as usual. And this could be just the tip of the ice berg.

I find it interesting that an Obama appointed judge ended the Michigan recount. I suspect it was better to end the recount than to reveal the massive voter fraud in Dems favor in Detroit.
Just democrats being sore losers.
That's because they are waiting for the rest of the state to report their final counts so they know how many votes they need to manufacture.............
