A 19-year-old Northeast Philadelphia man was charged with the shooting death of a 14-year-old boy in Mayfair, police said.
Samir Price, of the 6100 block of Loretto Avenue in Oxford Circle, surrendered to police Tuesday afternoon in the Nov. 28 killing of Ian Wilsey. On Wednesday, he was charged with murder, robbery and related offenses.
Price was arrested last year for robbery and aggravated assault. The case was listed for trial three times and then withdrawn by the prosecution in September.

7 day trial and rope.... is what these murderers deserve... and NOTHING MORE. Leave them hanging outside for a week or so, to cure. Then throw them into a wood-chipper to make feed for the hogs.

Someone in the article asked why was the 14 year old shot?
Easy, in three sentences:
1. It’s Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Killings.
2. The killer has an IQ of about 5, was a product of Philadelphia schools/education, and only recently had accepted a scholarship to Harvard Medical School.
3. The prosecutors suck.

It also appears to have been hit HARD with the ugly stick. Ugh! I need eye bleach.
I believe this was a neigborhood in Philadelphia that the national news shamed many years ago when white families were accused of racism. The neighbors were at the time simply trying to keel section 8 welfare queens from moving into their blocks. Decent responsible white families didn’t want the problems of the irresponsible crime ridden ghetto coming to their well taken care of lower middle class streets.

But he won’t be charged with a hate crime.
