Although Donald Trump has signaled that he doesn't intend to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary Clinton, knowledgeable sources tell me that Hillary is far from out of the legal woods.
And, these sources add, it’s Hillary’s own fault that she’s still in trouble.
Trump tried to be magnanimous toward his vanquished adversary. “I don’t want to hurt [the Clintons],” he said in an interview with Lesley Stahl of 60 Minutes. “They’re good people. I don’t want to hurt them.”
But Trump was irate when sore-loser Hillary joined forces with Green Party candidate Jill Stein and asked for a recount in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Now, Trump is listening to a chorus of vengeful Republicans who don’t want to let Hillary skate on her use of a private email server and her pay-to-play conflict of interest with the Clinton Foundation.
A sure sign that Trump is reconsidering his position came when he announced he was asking the renowned prosecutor Preet Bharara to stay on as U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.
As I reported in my recent New York Times bestseller Guilty As Sin, Bharara, who has specialized in rooting out public corruption, is a close friend of James Comey, the director of the FBI, who still has an open criminal investigation of the Clinton Foundation.
Bharara’s jurisdiction extends to Chappaqua, New York, where Hillary stashed her home brew email server. And Bharara and Comey have discussed the Hillary email case on several occasions.
“If Bharara agrees to prosecute the Hillary case,” I wrote, “he could bring it to the chief judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She would assign the case to one of the Southern District’s forty-four judges, who in turn would then empanel a grand jury either in Manhattan or in White Plains, the county seat and commercial hub of Westchester County. The jury would decide whether the case against Hillary should go to trial.”

There simply has to be some justice especially wh n the perpetrator is so visible and the crimes so serioue. Otherwise there will be no justice in society, just prosecutions of the weak and powerless. That’s How dictatorships operate, not America !

If ANYONE deserves an open and fair investigation— one that is not a cover up to suppress evidence, corrupt the process and chill the witnesses, it is Hillary Damn Clinton.
With a TRUMP AG and Justice Department, one can presume the evidence is *there* and only needs to surface to convict the mafia queen of RICO and FIX IT, Inc.
To pass on investigating her wide open would be a travesty to Lady Justice who is suppose to be Blind to rank and influence. Justice would be lost and a danger to all.
If she is proven innocent, fine. If she is GUILTY, there is equal price to be paid, as any poor military schlub in jail for much less.
“... vengeful Republicans...” Really, vengeful? How about wanting the law to apply to ALL, not just the regular Joe. Clinton should have to answer for possible selling her position as Sec of State, her handling of classified information, and what appears by all measures a corrupt Clinton Foundation. That isn’t vengeance, but common sense if you want a country of law and order.
Blagojevitch is in prison for using his office to make money. Torricelli was jailed for corruption. Hillary is taking walks in the woods in New York looking for someone to take selfiese with and trying to look pathetic to get sympathy. There’s something magic about the Clinton name.

Exactly what I was talking about a week ago, you CANNOT allow criminals to walk the streets using some lame excuse because they will ALWAYS take advantage. I would have thought Trump smarter than that. Either he does everything he can to see to it she is locked up or she WILL continue to do everything she can to disrupt his or his families lives. SHE IS A MULTIPLE FELON who is not in jail because of CORRUPTION. (See my tagline lol lol) You can't allow criminals like her to walk free as a bird, this is not a woman who has committed a single crime, she is a career crook and she should be doing life. We do not need garbage like this walking around in society.
If Hillary ends up being charged there should be a plea deal offered where she pays to the government a dollar amount equal to 90% of the Clinton’s assets (all the stolen money) and 4 years of house arrest where she keeps her mouth shut. Otherwise she can go to trial and face doing real hard time.
