Iran's President Hassan Rouhani said on Tuesday he would not let U.S. President-elect Donald Trump rip up a global nuclear deal, warning of unspecified repercussions if Washington reneges on the agreement.
Trump had said during campaigns for the White House that he would scrap Iran's pact with world powers - under which Tehran agreed to curb its nuclear program in return for lifted sanctions - describing it as "the worst deal ever negotiated".
"[Trump] wants to do many things, but none of his actions would affect us," Rouhani said in a speech at University of Tehran broadcast live on state television.
"Do you think the he can rip up the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action nuclear deal)? Do you think we and our nation will let him do that?"

There is no “deal,” you medieval clowns. The US Senate did not approve this phony agreement, so it doesn’t rise to the level of a treaty. What one president does by executive decree, the next executive can cancel. That should be done right after lunch on Inauguration Day.

I believe that whole deal was Obama’s version of Paying the Danegeld to Get Rid of the Dane. Just like Bill Clinton gave an independent state of Bosnia to the Muslims during his tenure. In other words, give them something, kowtow to them, and they’ll only bomb your people a little bit, they’ll only engage in sporadic terror attacks instead of hitting a Republican president with a 9-11.
Why is it liberals hate nuclear energy everyplace in the world except Iran?

Trump should respond by saying:” I”ll be visiting Davis Monathan AFB to oversee the sale of all of our mothballed F117s, some of our B52-Hs, a couple of our B52Gs, and some B1-Bs to the Israeli Air Force”.

The US is not a party to the agreement. The wise a$$ American you were dealing with decided to not follow through with the lawful agreement making procedure. Consequently, your agreement is with him personally. Sorry you got played.

There’s not an agreement to rip up regardless. Iran got everything they wanted with nothing in return. There is no legally binding “agreement.”
