Technically, we could quibble. White is a western European subset of Caucasian. I work with a lot of tan Caucasians now. They are from India.

Umm... no. You’re one of the three. Period. Just like you’re born either male or female. There’s no wiggle room there. It is what it is. But then logic and sense evades these people.
