The election is in 15 days. And the electoral map just keeps looking grimmer and grimmer for Donald Trump....
...We’re also moving Utah — yes, Utah! — from “lean Republican” to “toss-up” as independent...
...we are adding Texas to our list of competitive states, rating it as “lean Republican.” ....how badly Trump is performing even in longtime Republican strongholds that the debate going forward won’t be whether Texas should stay on the list of competitive races but whether it should move to “toss-up.”
....Clinton now has 323 electoral votes either solidly for her or leaning her way. Trump has just 180.
....Everywhere you look, Trump is underperforming where Mitt Romney was at this point in 2012.

It’s important to note that Trump’s disastrous defeat will also usher in a substantial Democrat majority in the House and Senate.
And why should anyone believe anything else they say now?
The election night news programs are available on youtube. Highly enjoyable. They start the night saying the Republicans aren’t trusted to govern and then slowly it dawns on them. My favorite was the “foreign correspondent” on NBC who said Trump’s win was catastrophic for the country and “the generals” would know their Constitutional duty when he started deporting “millions of Americans.”
Frank Luntz saying Trump can’t win. Peggy Noonan sniffing at all the egregious Trump missteps. Brian Jennings gasping like he’d been hit in the midsection. Chris Matthews uttering the name of the Lord. Their confidence in the blue “firewall” hours after it was obviously on fire. The stammering. The discussion panels falling into dead silence. And of course they wouldn’t call it until Trump himself announced that the Beast had conceded.
