Eyeing climate role, Ivanka Trump to meet with Al Gore

Ivanka Trump is meeting Monday with climate change activist and former Vice President Al Gore.

The president-elect's daughter, who reportedly wants to make global warming one of her signature issues, will meet with Gore at Trump Tower in Manhattan, according to transition spokesman Jason Miller.

The former vice president will not be meeting with the president-elect, Miller said in a conference call with reporters on Monday morning. He would not elaborate on the contents of the meeting.

Global Warming guru Algore – wearing his ever present Nobel medal – is seen here en-route to an important “scientific” conference in Nassau hosted by the UN/IPCC where he was to be the keynote speaker.

A sudden – and unfortunate – blast of what the “scientist” in charge of the conference termed “global warming” caused the meeting to be rescheduled until Algore can be thawed some time next Spring – assuming there will BE one.

And there will be a special opposing view presentation entitled "PLEASE DON'T SUFFOCATE US BY DENYING US OUR CO2" by several large ficus plants representing the oxygen giving plants of the world!

Our reporter has learned that the influential conservative web site Free Republic has launched a contribution drive to rent a freezer locker in which to keep Gore for the 10 to 15 years estimated it will take for the so-called “mainstream media” to begin covering the Climategate story.

Trump has made fun of global warming in the past, calling it a hoax. Let’s hope he doesn’t flip on it because his daughter says she believes in it. Like the way he apparently flipped on waterboarding after Gen Mattis said he didn’t agree with it. Mattis is wrong on waterboarding. It’s not torture and I hope Trump sticks to his guns and brings it back. It save lives.

Ivanka is a very wise lady. I read her book. Serious and
well done. I’m sure she wrote it herself. She didn’t graduate from Wharton without a lot of hard work. I trust
her at what she is doing today.

There’s not a shred of evidence that she’s “best friends” with Chelsea. It’s been said that they are friends of some sort, although I’ve never seen anything specific that would indicate whether they’ve talked more than at a handful of NYC social events.

That said, I don’t like the looks of this at all. I don’t want to see Trumps having anything to do with Albore and I don’t want to see Ivanka having any “signature issues” that deviate from policies we expected of Donald J. Trump when we voted for him.

I've no problem with this. Trump is giving the lefties no reason to say he won't talk with anybody. He is exposing the sycophantic nature of this class of people. He can say in the future, "He's terrific, he's great" or alternatively, He's not very nice, he's unfair, he's a loser." He can also say both within a sort period of time. I had a fifth grade math teacher, Mr. Parziale, who did just that. "You're a super star, Sivana." ... "You're not a superstar, you're a super-nothing!" He died of an early heart attack, so he took humself too seriously.

Trump has control, and he is accumulating levers and moving parts.
