And yes, if a state’s electors do not cast their votes on their election day which is set by Congress to be December 19 of this year, then those elector votes are subtracted from the total of 535 and a new majority threshold is in works.

If that is the case, Hillary doesn’t need to flip all three to steal this election as previously believed but only two. PA/MI, she wins 268-260; WI/PA she wins 262-260 and even WI/MI it is 258-260 with only two electors needing to be flipped or three to abstain or vote for somebody else.
