State of MI should tell the federal judge he has no jurisdiction, and delivery the certified results. With some state police.
Michigan has certified the vote so a recount could only produce another slate which the House can and would reject,

Michigan is *already* doing its recount. This is Day 4 of Michigan’s recount, and Trump has gained +39 votes above his earlier win-count against Hillary so far.
