CHENEY: I think he needs to be careful but hell learn as he goes along. I think he is putting some brains and good people with him. I am a big fan of Mike Pence. I know Mike well from his 12 years in the House and I think hes a great choice as Vice President. Hes going to play a major role. I think Mr. Trump is taking very, very seriously the job that he has gotten now. Staffing up the administration.
I think one of the reasons people get so concerned about the tweets is it is sort of a way around the press. He doesnt have to rely upon, uh, rely upon this is the modern era, modern technology. Hes at the point where we dont need you guys anymore.

Because people pay $50 a month for 100 channels, which gets distributed to MSNBC, CNN, etc, whether they are watched or not. This is why I keep advocating going a la carte, or turn it off.
The news media cannot handle folks like Cheney and Trump because conservatism is based on true principles, and they speak their minds. Trump is not a traditional conservative, but he is a patriot and he is very smart.
Two other recent politicians also tied the media in knots: Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher. ahead.
Let the good times roll. We are in for lots of interesting exchanges ahead.
Most of the current social media outlets are working furiously to get rid of conservative speech, especially PEOTUS DJT. Hopefully Gab.ai will become a major replacement.
What is his twitter handle? My search only brought up fakes.
Well, they certainly have been in the open about doing it. That is one of the things many people point to that the election has had a positive effect on: the willingness of the media to actively hide their bias. They have been remarkably open about their liberal advocacy during this election.
The only people that didn’t get it are those who didn’t bother to look.
I’m wondering when Twitter will find a reason to ban Trump.
His hat is as big as OB’s ears.
LOL, made me laugh there!
LOL, big enough to see light through!
Put some ice on that! Bam!
Burned in my memory is that picture of Cheney giving THAT look to Obummer at Obummer’s Inaugural. Really brought to life that maxim, “a picture if worth a thousand words”.
Regardless of what others may think, Dick Cheney is still a hero of mine.
Bush/Cheney completely destroyed our country and allowed Obama to breeze right in. The two of them were horrible for our country. I think a one term would have helped to keep their reputation in tact, but now they are the laughingstock that will not be good in history. The wars and the economy were a complete and utter disaster. I wish them well but hope not to hear from them often.

50 dollars a month? I wish. We are getting close to a la carte. For example, you can purchase CBS, HBO, and a few others individually. But once a la carte begins, it will cost more then the bundle but I think as long as people don’t want more then 10 channels at 9.99 a pop they will be better off. The problem will be that the internet will be the most expensive thing. Since TV cable companies own the internet bandwith, we will be paying as much if not more then we do now JUST with internet with data control added to it. Ugh. I hate that though. For example, I pay as much as my neighbor for cable/internet but he has a hardline phone. My family gave up the phone when we all got cell phones, but do we see a difference in the bill? Heck no. Same will happen eventually that people who have cable/internet will pay the same as those with JUST internet. It will happen.
Cheney flies into and out of my Winter airport, Marathon, FL (MTH). He and his staff, operators, and aircrew are always appreciative of the service and courtesy they receive there. That’s one way to judge a flying passenger’s character. The average user of MTH won’t even detect Cheney’s presence.
Shut up, Dick. You’re a failed politician who goaded your country into disaster and dishonor. Nobody cares what you think. Go and wash the blood off your hands, if you can.
We don’t have cable or anything but an antenna. We get
enough channels. I don’t watch much daytime tv.
Same here.
