Video very hard to watch. What's amazing is that the victim was suspended for the fight, until the video surfaced. He got bullied by the black kids, then by the school administration.

“This video has been removed for violating Youtube’s policy on harmful of dangerous content”
In other words. It didn’t pass the PC sniff test. What are they hiding? The violent Amish at the school?

Not that I’m for suing, but this one deserves a lawsuit.

Video is gone, unless I’m not hitting the right link.
I don’t want the video to glorify what took place, but the perps should be held to account and that means not allowing them to lie about it.
The video keeps that from happening.
It’s gone. They can now claim anything they like.
That isn’t right.

That’s the way it is in liberal schools now. The victim is the one suspended.

“Bullying” is the Maoists’ word of the decade (well, that and “racist”).This video shows a criminal assault and/or battery (I've never understood the legal definition of the two words).Depending what was *said* there may have been other crimes committed as well.
To: tuffydoodle
He got bullied by the black kids From the video it looks like those punching him shoving him are both black and white. This doesn't see to be about race.

You wont say anything about what happened FOR LEGAL REASONS, HUH..?
A couple of hours of waterboarding ought to loosen up the old broad’s tongue! ;)

And the picture that stays at the end of the video is of the victim with his fists up. He clearly walked away from the kids shoving him and then ran through other kids to get away. During the video, the fists up stance was a pathetic gesture by what looks like a little kid.
More than 1400 middle school kids in one place is way too many. In a K-8 school, kids in grades 6, 7 and 8 can be given responsibilities as well as privileges and encouraged to act mature. In a school with 1400 early adolescents, just wow!
