President-elect Donald Trump's victory on Election Day has put some of President Barack Obama's hallmark achievements in jeopardy.
Trump has come out strongly against almost all of the top initiatives Obama spent eight years working on the Asia pivot, the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade pact, Obamacare, and the Iran nuclear deal and they're fragile enough that Trump could reverse course fairly easily.
"You have an outsider president being replaced by the most outsider candidate ever elected," Ian Bremmer, a geopolitical analyst and president of the Eurasia Group, told Business Insider via email.
"There's nothing like one upsmanship, big league, to destroy your legacy."
Iran nuclear deal Trump has called the Iran deal one of "the worst deals ever made by any country in history" and threatened to rescind or renegotiate the agreement that gives Iran sanctions relief in exchange for curbing its nuclear program.
"Trump has repeatedly slammed the deal as being a bad deal the assumption is that hes going to do something," Jonathan Schanzer, a Middle East expert who is a vice president of research at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, told Business Insider after the election.

It'll be nice to have an American as our president again.
Realistically, outside of Obamacare, which will be eliminated, what is Obama’s record? Do you know what Obama’s presidency will largely be remembered for? It will largely be remembered for advancing the practice of homosexuality.
Honestly, that's what I think most people will recall about Obama is that, candidate Obama deceptively professed marriage was strictly between a man and a woman. President Obama then did a hard 180 and became a militant promoter of homosexuality. Most of his entire foreign policy, speeches at the UN, the focus of his ambassadors, was promoting and forcing homosexuality around the globe. That, is what I think Obama will be remembered for.
I'm going to need a cigarette when I'm done reading this.
Not really true. Trump, unfortunately, will not be able to undo the auto bailout and reorganize GM and Chrysler in a way that rids the country of the communist United Auto Workers union. In fact, if handled correctly, the auto reorganization could have broken the back of organized labor once and for all.
The idea that blue-collar wages should be negotiated and not determined by the market, is an affront to morality itself.
That reads more like a leftist hit piece.
The sooner, the better.
True to form, some of the GOPestablish in Congress have already signalled that they are going to try to road-block some of Trump’s attempts to remove or lessen Obama legacy items.
” It’s the most wonderful time in 8 years”....sing it!
0 will have the fond memories of the Chicago olimpics.
Wait he failed that too ;)
His Superfluous administration
McCain and Graham. Bet on it.
They got him out ahead of pardoning hardened criminals en masse as a gift to the people of Tennessee. A fun fact: 2 Democrat nominees for Governor in a row went to prison, 1974’s Blanton and 1978’s Jake Butcher.
Lyndsey Graham (RINO-SC), Paul Ryan (TRAITOR-IL) and John McCain (IDIOT-AZ) will see what they can do to screw it all up.
And so, enter Jillary and Soros “recount” crap.
They are all in it, together.
I love Jake Butcher, his Sunsphere is the great Knoxville Icon.
LOL.
0bama used his Executive Order powers in excess since he just doesn’t play well with others. His goals are so bizarre that he has little to negotiate with other than intimidation and threats. Then he blames his lack of real legislation on others being unreasonable. It’s fitting that he’ll be told, in effect, to take his crayons and his coloring books with him when he leaves.
Can’t wait.
Barack who?
Jobs, MAGA and no muzzies is all that is required.
