Khalid Sheik Mohammed, one of the masterminds in the 9/11 attack, said that “the ferocity and swiftness” of former U.S. President George W. Bush’s reprisal to the Terrorst attacks on U.S. soil astonished Al Qaeda

The new revelation was found in psychologist James E. Mitchell’s new memoir, “Enhanced Interrogation: Inside the Minds and Motives of the Islamic Terrorists Trying To Destroy America.”

Mitchell wrote, “How was I supposed to know that cowboy George Bush would announce he wanted us ‘dead or alive’ and then invade Afghanistan to hunt us down? Khalid explained that if the United States had treated 9/11 like a law enforcement matter, he would have had time to launch a second wave of attacks.”

Why would he? After all, Islam is ROP. How could he act against his own conviction?

Nobody sees we had Iran surrounded. The big picture was entirely missed.

What we didn’t do to prevent the terrorists from fighting us here instead of there was to secure the border and have ‘extreme vetting’ of the so-called ‘religion of peace’

“here comes the Bush haters club in 3, 2, 1. They make the Ted Cruz haters club look like fags..”

This "Bush hater" asks that you to please take a moment to defend the fact that while every civilian plane in America was grounded and the entire sky over America was empty save for military flights that Bush actively assisted an airlift around America to let the scummy Saudie royal family but out of America?

“Even though American airspace had been shut down, the Bush administration allowed a jet to fly around the US picking up family members from 10 cities, including Los Angeles, Washington DC, Boston and Houston,” Sky News reported following revelations by former White House counter-terrorism chief Richard Clarke.

“We were in the midst of the worst terrorist act in history and here we were seeing an evacuation of the bin Ladens! … I wanted to go the highest levels in Washington,” Tom Kinton, director of aviation at Boston’s Logan airport, said.”

I read a book by Bob Woodward, about the 9/11 response by Bush, Rumsfeld.

My take was they took long time to act.

And then looking back, they failed to act with enough devastation, to teach the muslims to quit.

We need to level a city or two, of hundreds of thousands population.

Like Dresden, Berlin, Hiroshima, Nagasake.

I dislike both Bushes but I remember in the first few weeks or months we were really kicking their ass.

Where it all started to go wrong was when we depended on Afghanistan allies or who we thought were. When they let Bin Laden slip away it was clear we weren’t doing things right.

Precisely! Implement the Trump Muslim ban now. That’s how to prevent future acts of terror. Not invade another country in the Middle East!!

Also, infiltrate the mosques in the US and arrest and/or deport the radical clerics who preach violence. Take off the PC gloves yesterday!

Outside the US targeted killings of radical clerics. And fellow travelers.

And a recognition that sharia is not compatible with the Constitution. If you want to enact sharia here then you get deported. Simple.

Securing the border is practically impossible, and I honestly believe that Muslim terrorizes mainlty fly in on commercial flights. Like the 911 guys did. But I certainly don’t object to the Wall. I just think it’s not as effective as aggressive profiling of muslin here in the US and arresting and or deporting them. But at least make a half assed effort at a wall? That’s cool. Let’s do it. Can’t hurt!

The biggest weapon against terrorize would be for the US government to take off the PC gloves and state publicly that Islam is the problem becaus it is not compatible with the Constitution. Let everything flow from that.

But for God sakes

Winston Churchill observed that the American people can always be counted upon to do the right thing, after everything else has been tried and found to fail. Last month, the people of this country got sick and tired of doing it the Clinton way, the Obama way, the Bush way. It took them long enough but they began at last to do the right thing.

One can only imagine how much better America would have been in the aftermath of 9/11, had it leadership of the caliber Trump is already shaping up to possess.

========================================================

So I can read this again later. Marvelous quote!

Yamamoto was under no illusions as to US might and resolve.

“Should hostilities once break out between Japan and the United States, it would not be enough that we take Guam and the Philippines, nor even Hawaii and San Francisco. To make victory certain, we would have to march into Washington and dictate the terms of peace in the White House. I wonder if our politicians (who speak so lightly of a Japanese-American war) have confidence as to the final outcome and are prepared to make the necessary sacrifices.” - Prange, At Dawn We Slept, p. 11

The only "nation-building" that should have been imposed on Afghanistan should have been to break it into separate countries that encompassed as much as possible one major tribe each. Afghanistan is a creation by the bureaucratic, divide-and-conquer, mandarins of the British Empire and was designed from the very beginning to be unstable.

When I look at the tribal map of Afghanistan below I see at lease 6 countries: Small and isolated tribal pockets should have been offered relocation assistance.

You cannot build a nation out of tribes that have been at each other's throats for thousands of years unless you are willing to murder, enslave, and terrorize them and rule with an iron fist. I don't want to do that to anyone and I am sure that no parent wants to send their boys over to enforce that kind of rule.

The tribal Pashtuns, Tajiks, Hazaras, Uzbeks etc. deserve to keep their own identities and be in charge of their own destinies.

The discord and war that we are seeing in Afghanistan is a symptom of the disease of globalism and its desire to control everything by divide and conquer.
