AND THEN Trump gets proof that Obama was not eligible to be US President in the first place because he was BORN IN KENYA-—
would that information negate EVERY action Obama EVER did? Including giving Shrillary a pardon?

The Obama served two terms as POTUS. No successful challenge to his legitimacy occurred. So long he leaves office peacefully, it’s over.
Should irrefutable proof arise, it’s a matter of geography over a few days long ago, vs total constitutional crisis trying to unroll 8 years of then-presumed legitimacy. We opt for the peaceful route of moving forward.
(Yes, I believe he’s Kenyan. Not an issue worth battling to the point of civil war now.)
I notice Ford’s pardon of Nixon addresses crimes against the US, but there are several states investigating possible crimes committed by the Clinton Foundation. There is also the possibility that Haiti might pursue charges against the Clintons. Would a presidential pardon effect the state investigations or foreign investigations?
No legal authority over Haiti. They could press charges against her if they could get her extradited or trick her into coming for an "awards" ceremony without telling her it was a setup. She's arrogant enough to believe they worship her, even after her crimes against their people.
I think he's waiting to see how the election-stealing efforts work out. If Hillary fails to win the presidency, then I suspect he will pardon her. Time will tell.
Obama will pardon Hillary.
It depends if he believes he’s getting something out of it or not. And whether the rewards outweigh the risks.
A Trump pardon of Hillary after taking down some of her henchpeople makes more sense than an Obama pardon of Hillary.
