A Problem Like Keith Ellison
NRO ^ | Kevin D. Williamson

Posted on 12/04/2016 5:56:26 AM PST by RoosterRedux

Keith Ellison (or Keith E. Hakim, or Keith X. Ellison, or Keith Muhammad, etc.) is campaigning for office. Not for the safe House seat he holds, but for the leadership of the Democratic party, a job until recently held by the hilariously incompetent and boundlessly vapid Debbie Wasserman Schultz (who was forced to resign — “resign” here meaning “transfer formally to the Clinton campaign” — when she was exposed conniving to stack the presidential primary elections against Senator Bernie Sanders (S., Portlandia)), who was temporarily replaced by Donna Brazile, who was exposed leaking debate questions to the Clinton campaign, a violation of trust for which she remains adamantly impenitent.

Republicans should take a minute to simply enjoy all this before getting on to the serious business at hand. If they cannot have Debbie Wasserman Schultz organizing opposition to them, former Farrakhan fanboy Keith Ellison of the Democratic-Farmer-Labor party is a great second choice.

*snip*

Ellison has long been a vocal defender of the so-called Nation of Islam, the bow-tie gang founded by Elijah Muhammad whose relationship to orthodox Islam is approximately that of a UFO cult to the Anglican communion. The NOI and its charismatic leader, the former calypso musician Louis Farrakhan, is an explicitly racist organization, holding as a matter of doctrine that the white race is the result of a doomed mad-science experiment conducted by the biblical Jacob while he was living on the isle of Patmos.

I completely support Mr. Ellison’s appointment as head of the DNC.

When their official slogan becomes “Allahu Akbar”, I’m sure they will begin to find success!

Some Dem commentator said they can’t have a white DNC head - I’m guessing that includes a white woman. So they’re stuck. Ellison will be the head. all his previous anti-Semitic and anti-Israel statements are being dismissed by the usual shills. Taken out of context, they claim. So be it. If they want that to be the face of the party, let them. He’s actually a perfect fit for where the party is.

The Rats are insane.

They have painted themselves into a corner. While the most sober among them (there are a few) know making Ellison the DNC chair is a really, really bad idea, they can’t come out and oppose it for fear of looking both racist and Islamaphobic. So they will publicly voice support and then maybe vote against him on a secret ballot. But at this point, Ellison’s candidacy looks inevitable.

It also looks to me that the Dem party has no intention of trying to win back the White vote. They are going full speed to be a party run by, and for, non-Whites. The strategy is while they might lose in the short term, they think they will benefit in the long term. And, of course, a core of guilty, self-hating whites will always support them.

I think that they are counting on the shrinking white population to guarantee their complete future dominance.

Dems are going to push him to a prominent position to challenge Trump. I predict they will groom him to run for president. “first muslim president “ will be the theme song.

The Rats are insane.

Ain't that the truth. Hard to believe now, but at one time being a Democrat meant that you supported men like Harry Truman or JFK.

I hope the dems are stupid enough to put him in charge. Obviously their problem is they are not leftist and muzzie loving enough.

KW raises the very good point that Calypso Louie is the least of Ellison’s problems; his ties to the Muslim Brotherhood are deep, extensive and ongoing. Republicans in Congress are looking at declaring MB a terrorist organization, so that will create some interesting dynamics for “Keith Hakim” in the coming months. Popcorn in the popper.
