In 1994 I had "Clinton Sucks" in 200' letters in my pasture... but it was MY pasture.
We live on the northwest corner of Ft Hood and get lots of air traffic over us. Had an A-10 jockey give me a thumbs up and wing wag once while I was touching it up.
