Vanity: Some NV Trump Voters need to sue county, state, and federal level for a Full State Recount

The select 5 county partial recount going on presently based on Reform Presidential Candidate Roque De La Fuente's initiated action for a recount I would think would constitute grounds for an Nevada Trump voter to sue for a statewide Nevada recount based on the Bush vs. Gore year 2000 Supreme Court ruling , as precedent, which showed that the voters of the other counties can't be discriminated against.

Here is a link to the story on the 5 county partial recount being conducted in Nevada:

There also needs to be a voter fraud investigation in California, where illegals undoubtedly voted in huge numbers.

• Paper ballots
• Purple fingers
• Mandatory free on demand BIOMETRIC (iris scan, nobody ever left their irises at a crime scene!) photo ID, with a database that instantly flags for arrest anyone seeking multiple IDs. Change of name? Simply have your old card voided when you apply for the new one.
• No precinct reports their totals until ALL precincts report they have totals.
This prevents the last to report precinct captains from knowing how much to fudge a report to give a win to their preferred candidate while maintaining some slight semblance of credibility.
• Repeal Motor Voter.
• End same-day registration where it exists, and allow ample time between registration and election for vetting of credentials of registrants.
• Instantly deport any non-citizen who registers to vote.
• Put a little ⩍ next to the names of those registered voters with death certificates, and detain and put a 72 hour psychiatric hold anyone claiming to be a dead person...

:: 5 county partial recount ::

Gore v. Bush found that any recount must be state-wide. Other counties MUST sue to re-direct the recount.

Trump should very publicly assert there is absolutely nothing wrong with our voting system and tell the democrats they can pound sand if they even think they are going to ram through any efforts to have voter ID, or purge the rolls of civil war veterans, or limit motor voter to US citizens, or...

• Thumb prints on the envelopes for absentee ballots, cross checked to the print on record submitted when the absentee ballot was requested. No match, no vote.

Trump should say the vote was perfectly honest, and he wants to maintain the exact same level of integrity in the system to insure his re-election. Please, Br'er 'Crat, don't fling me in dat brier-patch!

Did you read the article? You’ll get a statewide if these 5 counties meet a certain criteria.

....Nevada Deputy Secretary of State for Elections Wayne Thorley said Wednesday that state law
requires the five counties — Carson City, Douglas, Mineral, Nye and Clark — to begin the recount
within five days and to complete it within five additional days.

Thorley says if recount results show a discrepancy of at least 1 percent for De La Fuente or
Clinton, a full state recount will be launched.....

Gore v. Bush found that any recount must be state-wide.
Other counties MUST sue to re-direct the recount.

*****************

It is pointed out in the article that a statewide recount
would be held if the partial recount varies more than 1%.

Yes, but if we don’t get a statewide recount there should now be grounds to sue for one.

Maybe a suit(s) needs to be filed now while the partial select county recount is going on.

Trump IMO should say pretty much nothing. He won. Period. The end. There is no proof that elections were hacked, altered, meddled with. There is likewise no proof that they were not.

He should stay focused on assembling his cabinet and staff and staying on message. The “thank you” events he is putting on are sheer brilliance. People love this kind of thing and it stands in stark contrast to the elitist 0bama sneering at them while working against most of their interests.

Trump should continue acting presidential. The Democrats should continue throwing tantrums. I like the contrast.

The roles, at some point, have to be reversed. Let the losers (who used to be the Republicans) moan and gnash their teeth for months and months while the Dems simply deny, deny, deny and move on to their next piece of agenda.

Right, but people separate from the Trump campaign should take action in California and. Nevada. Separate and outside, more separate than Stein is from Hillary..

I believe these lawsuits need to be filed in the state of Nevada. I believe that the Democrats are trying to prevent the Florida, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania Republican electors from being able to vote on December 19th. I also believe that the Republicans must challenge election results in California and New Hampshire if possible by filing and/or suing for statewide hand recounts, separate and apart from the Trump campaign with the action, and that illegal aliens and non-citizens improperly voting, and the inability to verify provisional voters weren't multiple time voters should be addressed in the suit, as well as election fraud with dead people voting due to lax and outdated registration. Back to my urgent Nevada idea though. I believe that the Nevada electors may need to be prevented from casting their votes for Hillary Clinton for the following reasons discussed below in the suit idea:

URGENT NEVADA SUIT: As of today, Monday 12/05/16 the state of Nevada is in the process of conducting a 5 county selective Presidetial election recount, when the state of Nevada has 17 counties. So 12 counties aren't being recounted while 5 counties are. The state of Nevada is presently only conducting a selective recount for the counties of Clark County, Carson City County Douglas County, Mineral County and Nye County. 12 other counties aren't being recounted and are being left out of this, treated differently, and discriminated against. So the residents of these counties are being discriminated against. As I understand it If a 1% difference is found in the vote totals for either Reform Party Presidential candidate Roque De La Fuente who initiated the suit or Hillary Clinton who apparently joined it, a full state recount will be initiated. I believe that a number of lawsuits need to be filed here on local, state, and federal levels by Republican lawyers on behalf of people who voted in the state for Donald Trump and some of these voters, the more the better probably should be named as plaintiffs in the suit. First off I believe that a lawsuit needs to be filed on behalf of Trump voters in the 5 counties being selectively recounted as they are not apparently looking to see if there is any difference in the Trump vote between the original count and the recount and they also aren't to my knowledge properly verifying that the votes came from U.S. citizens and the actual person with the name on the voter registration. More importantly, if a statewide recount is not initiated a suit should be filed on behalf of the Trump voters and some should be named in the suit, again the more the better, using the precedent of Bush vs. Gore or State of Florida in the 2000 Election, that a state can't selectively recount the votes of some counties and discriminate against the residents of other counties, treating some voters unequally. The residents of the 12 counties of Linden, White Pine, Elko, Eureka, Lander, Esmeralda, Mineral, Lyon, Douglas, Storey, Washoe, and Churchill will have all been discriminated against. Thus petitions for a statewide recount should be filed and/or lawsuits should be filed on a local, state, and or federal level and a number of Trump voters in each of these 12 counties should be named as plaintiffs in this suit. I do not know whether these actions should be initiated now while they are counting the votes or after they finish counting the votes. Would think they need to be filed now though. I believe that these actions are needed so that the Republicans who voted for Trump who are residents of these 12 counties and the other 5 counties are not discriminated against. We may need civil rights actions and lawsuits too. Maybe we also could have female and minority Republicans who voted for Donald Trump filing civil rights lawsuits as well. The electors from the state of Nevada should not be allowed to vote in a way that does not correspond with what would result from a true and fair vote count and an accurate vote that accurately reflects the votes of those who were legally eligible to vote.
