Like Trump says, the homosexual issue is settled for now. The gay marriage decision authored by Kennedy won’t be changed anytime soon, because that was done while Scalia was still on the court. IOW, Kennedy + the 4 liberal justices, and those 5 remain on the court.
So, even with Trump’s new selection soon to be on board, it would still be 4-5 with the liberals winning again...because Kennedy is a committed homosexualist.
