Unless the only elective office on the ballot is for POTUS I would believe this is not true. Do you stop counting when you have races from Senator down to alderman to decide. Or do you count those and ignore POTUS votes because that’s been decided?
Popular vote = rushing yards, Electoral Votes = touchdowns....end of argument.
