Scary scary stuff. I’ve often thought about how many times I’m alone and if something were to happen it would strictly be my word against anyone else. If someone was intent on convicting me for something it would be hard for me to prove what I was doing if no one could collaborate what I was saying.
By the way, the YouTube video about the fifth ammendment and staying quiet was very informative. What stick with me was the law professor saying that one of the worst things that has happened is that in the public eyes, only guilty people take the fifth.

Something is wrong in our society when an innocent person needs to lawyer up in order to avoid a wrongful conviction.

This tells me that the justice system has very little justice in it. It is driven by money and bureaucracy, not by doing what is right. It is all about profit for the lawyers. This is drastically wrong and needs to be change. A major overhaul is long overdue.
