This majorly pisses me off. I am sick of people being convicted on witness testimony alone. I am aware of another case where the dude is doing 60 years and he is, I am convinced he is innocent railroaded by the government, a defective investigation and BACA.
Based on this article, he sounds innocent to me. He didn’t behave like a guilty person.
This sounds like the Salem Witch Trials. They needed a bad white cop so they found one.
