Color me dense, but does this mean after the first recount hillary gained 26,000 votes? If so they may need to recount only 6 to 7 more times before she eaks out a 3 vote lead? They need to be within 30k to trigger a statewide recount. Once they do that they steal the state or don’t appoint electors. More district recounting goes on tomorrow.

They completed counting all the votes in the Philadelphia County. It took nearly three weeks to finish the count.
A recount won’t result in any additional gains for Hillary.

Vote reform and modernization is needed. Period. Voter ID must be imperative. The whole system we have now is outdated, backward, and slanted for the Democrats in every way.
