Hillary Clinton lost Pennsylvania by just 46,000 votes, latest figures show

Though Hillary Clinton lost Pennsylvania by a smaller margin than reported on election night, the race still isn’t close enough to trigger an automatic statewide recount of the votes, according to new figures.

Nearly three weeks after the election, the City of Philadelphia has finished counting votes, including absentee and provisional ballots. Those totals significantly cut Clinton’s loss in Pennsylvania to President-elect Donald Trump, who amassed a mere 46,000 votes more than the Democratic nominee. More than five million people across the state voted in this election.

That’s a difference of about 0.8 percent. In Pennsylvania, votes must be recounted in races with margins less than 0.5 percent. A 0.5 percent margin in Pennsylvania this year would have been about 30,000 votes. Still, Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein is continuing to push for a statewide recount of the votes, and attorneys representing her will likely appear in court Monday to argue for the recount. (In PA, third party candidates Gary Johnson and Stein won 145,000 votes and 49,000 votes, respectively.)

Hopefully generating H->! votes has proven to be more difficult than in previous elections.

I wonder if Philadelphia beat the last election’s record of when 118% of the population voted.

Close counts with horseshoes, hand grenades, and nuclear weapons. But she still lost. Bwaaaaaaaaaa!

Philly most likely found more votes.

All this shows the need for President Trump to take action to assure that (1) only citizens of the United States are voting in U.S. elections (2) these citizens are still alive and (3) these citizens aren’t voting in more than one state.

Here’s the ‘Trump card’: THIS IS A CIVIL RIGHTS ISSUE.

One person, one vote is a fundamental principle.

Voting is a civil right.

WE must protect the integrity of our voting process.

Democrats like Hillary Clinton and third party candidates like Jill Stein have claimed in legal filings that our system must be corrected and we agree.

Fix it!

Philadelphia cut Trump’s lead.

I doubt there are any additional votes out of Philadelphia County to change the outcome.

Trump simply did better in the middle T than Mitt did and that secured his statewide victory.

This is why I posted a piece saying that Trump’s people SHOULD NOT BE SLEEPING...they ‘found’ a lot of votes, likely because the votes they found were from people who actually didn’t vote, but instead the poll workers did them the favor of casting their votes.

I do think that we should all become Citizen Activists and research our deceased friends and family members to ascertain if they have “voted” as of late.....it would be a formidable force

LOL!!
That's right! There were reports of people from Camden swimming the Delaware to vote in Philly because, you know, we have excess Democrat voters in Jersey.

Before it was 68,000. Philly slashed Trump’s lead by 22K votes.

He only won by 46,000? Well then, hell, give the state to the Democrats, under the doctrine of Democrat Manifest Legitimacy!

No. No more "found votes". If they weren't there in the first place...they don't get counted.

I wonder what Filthydelphia's vote count looks like. That area is rife with fraudsters and their tallies should be completely thrown out of the mix.
