Many would agree with you wholeheartedly- they dress differently as they scam their populace and rip them off any way that they may angle. The aggrandizement of the central government made huge steps after the Civil War.

The Castro fortune is way beyond the billion dollars that they claim. I wonder what the Cuban people actually know of any of this fortune and how they reconcile their poverty.
