Russian hacking of the atmosphere! I knew they were doing their dastardly deeds, but I never imagined it would be like this!

Maybe God is doing this to force the leftist agitators into hibernation until everything blows over.

My Grandfather taught me to watch the hair growing over a horse’s hoofs. The longer the hair, the colder the winter coming. My dog is also a good indicator based on her coat this time of year. I still have cherry tomatoes ripening, but don’t expect that to last too long.
My dog’s fur is slow to come in and the horses have short hair over their hooves. Probably means a mild winter here in Southeast Texas.

I’m in western MD.
I should have had at *least* a hard freeze, by now.
Yesterday and today ended up being hoodie weather.
Ain’t complaining, mind you.
I despise the cold white plague we get, sometimes.
:)
The birds and the bees have me baffled.
*Never* seen them hanging around here, after September.
I am...*hopeful*.
[especially after that 4-feet-in-one-night blizzard we had last winter]

And the Solar cycle is predicting a mini ice age. So democrats have been lying about global warming. Accusing someone you disagree with of lying reveals more about you than about them.
At best, the most you can assert is ignorance on their part.
I agree with you, but name calling is not as effective as arguing the science; but the climate hysterics have never been too thrilled about learning the science; or the long written record of past periods of climate instabilities lasting centuries.

It was 58 yesterday here in Michigan. The last time it was 36 degrees colder than that in Late Nov. Early December we referred to it as WINTER!
Freaking drama queens!
Bring on the cold, I wanna ice fish. Enough of this warm weather in November

Maybe you just need to watch The Day After Tommorrow. How about learning the difference between (fictional) entertainment and actual science?

I tend to believe the forecasts made by the very things that will *die* if theyre wrong, rather than weathermen. It's kind of hard to argue with that.
However, an alternative argument revolves around the 95% of the species ever existing in the history of earth which are no longer with us.
They guessed wrong?

the tilt of the axis varies between 22.1 and 24.5 degrees. When the tilt is at a higher degree, the seasons can likewise be more severe. Currently the Earths axial obliquity is at about 23.5 degrees roughly in the middle of the cycle and is in a decreasing phase. Yeah, we can probably get out there with a couple of come-alongs, crowbars, and hydraulic jacks, and yank that axle back where it needs to be.

The first week of December is usually the coldest period in Pocatello. In recent years we've had -15F to -21F. The forecast low for Dec 6th is +3F. A bit warmer than usual. That's fine. My new F150 Crew Cab doesn't have the heated leather seats of the predecessor Mercury Mariner Hybrid. The unpleasant side effects of breathing inside my vehicle and having every exhalation precipitate as ice on the inside of the windshield is not much fun.

Several coons ages ago, I stopped in the middle of the Golden Gate bridge in July and bought my midwestern bride a ‘I Heart San Franciso’ hoodie.
“You told me this was the Golden state!” she chattered.
