But that’s an awful job, the place is a mess.
I was hoping Mitt would get stuck with it.
Interior would have been perfect for Palin.

I never heard that Dakota Meyer was Palin’s son-in-law. I guess the MSM missed that one, eh?

It will make Libs crazy, but not as crazy as if she were nominated for State of for EPA or for Energy.

Okay, but I have a better suggestion...

Nominate a VET who has served honorably.

(I'm available, actually.)

I started to hear that popping sound sometime after November 8. Methinks it’s liberal / Democrat /progressive / heads bursting.

Good.

The VA bureaucrats are organized crime.

The Democrats justify stealing from the VA because there are so many men who use their services.

This is because more men have been in the service than women.

That fact doesn’t matter.

That is why so much of the problem with the VA is the women bureaucrats.

With Palin, it would be a female firing crooked female bureaucrats.

With a man, it would be gender discrimination.

If there is someone who could drain that VA swamp I’d bet Palin could. Sarah...would kick butt and take names. Don’t know if she would want to leave the warmth of Alaska for the sure to be icy blasts in the District of Corruption.

i have no idea if that’s the best post for Palin or not, but I’d like to see her in the adminstration and maybe she has the moxie to clean up the VA?

I think that is a great job for her with the potential if she does a good job of resurrecting her presidential aspirations.

if she was given interior she would do a great job but the only way to repair the damage done to her politically is to giver a job that everyone knows is going to be a problem with major fix’s needed.

I am a big fan but at this point in a election through no fault of hers she is damaged goods. this happened because of the lies and innuendo that were told about her by the McCain camp who wanted a scapegoat for him losing the election and by the media that at the biding of Hillary

Hillary saw her as a possible first female president so for about four years there was a concerted effort by friends of Hillary to destroy her with people that don’t pay attention to politics.

I really wanted Saracuda for press secretary so the evil MSM would have to talk to her on a daily basis. Heads exploding all over the place. I don’t see what she brings to the table for VA Director but I trust Trump’s judgment entirely.

Palin knows how to kick ass and take names, and her son is a vet. Turn her loose. And lib heads would explode. I love seeing their brains drip from the ceiling. Figuratively, of course.

From Military Times:

"Sources within the transition team have floated current House Veterans’ Affairs Committee Chairman Jeff Miller, R-Fla., as a possible candidate. Miller, who is retiring from Congress, is not a veteran but has been among the leaders in VA reform efforts in recent years, co-authoring the 2014 bill which created the Veterans Choice Card program."

Another candidate:

"Pete Hegseth, the former president of the conservative advocacy group Concerned Veterans for America, served in Iraq with the Minnesota National Guard and has been a vocal advocate for sweeping VA reform."

That is an interesting idea, but bring on Pete Hegseth [US Army officer & combat Veteran] as her assistant, then UNLEASH them to clean out that rats nest of a dept. with NO holds barred, break the death grip of the unions that is around the throats of us Veterans, fire & arrest all those accused of crimes [on ALL levels of admin], listen to the “whistle blowers”, and then we’ll believe in the va again. And btw have the President Trump, hold congress’s feet to the fire & restore the broken promises made to us.
