Kellogg Co. announced on Tuesday its decision to pull ads from conservative media giant Breitbart.com because its 45,000,000 monthly conservative readers are not “aligned with our values as a company.” In response, Breitbart News, one of the world’s top news publishers, has launched a #DumpKelloggs petition and called for a boycott of the ubiquitous food manufacturer.

Kroger store brand cereals are just as good for at least half the price of name brands.

Thanks for that info.

I had been buying Keebler crackers in order to boycott Nabisco. Looks like I need to avoid both now.

I’m pretty sure they (Kroger) are not affiliated with Kellogs. But good advice to check the store brands out.

LOL...I've got the spouse searching for a DVD that doesn't cost $50 - almost $400, to buy. :-)

We only saw the movie once and I remember really enjoying it. Now I want to see it again; too!

Agree. We buy Kroger shredded wheat and raisin bran. Their oatmeal is cheaper, too.

Your comments make me want to try paleo.

I was about to pop a fun size candy bar into my mouth just as I read your words, and thought better.

It's a challenge to do but worthwhile to see if it solves any issues. Gotta stick with it for a while probably 3 months or so.

". . . run by radical libtards as they show absolutely no business sense."

Which is proof positive that the government is engaged in crony capitalism, massive corruption, and companies know what they have to do to survive in that system.

Trump summed it up nicely, "The system is rigged"

Is it true you're really pulling all your ads from Breitbart? My friends, I like your products, but frankly, this strikes me as being short sighted.

First, it just means I won't be seeing your ads. Your loss, not mine.

Second, it signals that an economic mini-war of some sort is going on, and people are going to be motivated to take sides Breitbart has millions of motivated readers / allies. We know how to find similar products made by your competitors. We know how to shop generic.

It is wrong of you to boycott Breitbart, because Breitbart is just a news/commentary site. It is not racist-sexist-antisemitic, etc, it is not beyond the pale I and my friends go there every day.

These losses to to you are entirely avoidable. Please reconsider.
