There probably are a few cases of racist cop behavior somewhere, but the activists can’t find those to riot about. They only seem to pick cases where the police are blatantly innocent.

The last thing on earth the agitators WANT is to get the genuine racism cases dealt with through proper channels. That might actually get RID of it, which would leave them with nothing to complain about.
