The recent actions of a McDonald's employee in Kansas are leaving a bad taste in the mouths of police officers and their supporters.

A Topeka employee at the fast food chain has been fired and is currently facing criminal charges after local law enforcement say the worker put mustard in an officer’s beverage.

.
.
Tom Dobski, the franchisee owner of the north Topeka McDonald's where the officer found mustard in his Dr. Pepper, says the company is "shocked by the isolated actions of a single employee."

One more reason, as if I needed another, to avoid McDonald’s.

prosecution is key. Simply firing allows this idiot to simply move on and learn no lesson. The conduct of the left in this country has to be isolated and destroyed. Just like the conduct of Islamic terrorists. Same battle, different tactics.

Cop gets 3 free smacks with his asp and a gratis taser discharge into the offender.

He can keep his job if he still wants it. I’ll never eat there.

It would be nice if McDonald’s sued the guy too. But of course he is an out of work McDonald’s worker. So maybe they don’t want to spend time with a guy who is already at the bottom. He is an ass and he is poor. Life can only get better. Or life could just skid along the basement floor of society.

Everyone knows you put ketchup in Dr. Pepper, not mustard.

He added that the employee responsible, whom he did not name, no longer works for McDonald’s.

Name him.

Stigmatize him.

Letting him just slither away is no punishment.

Let the entire community know who he is and what kind of a person he is.

It is never the severity of punishment that makes things right.

It is the certainty of punishment.

I’m pretty sure food tampering is a crime, not just a poorly-considered prank.

One more reason, as if I needed another, to avoid McDonald’s.

Any eating place with employees is vulnerable to despicable actions by those employees.

The key is good management and selectivity in hiring. McDonald's probably rates higher than many other eating establishments. In the Fast Food category, I would trust Chick-fil-A above most other restaurants.

Demographics of the neighborhood and available employee pool matter greatly, especially when very different from that of the individual dining patron. We are blessed to live in a relatively benign area.

I now avoid all fast food restaurants except Chic-fil-A. I do not need the extra seasoning that I may get. Not that it will happen, but that it could happen.

“???? MacDonalds gives you a cup. You pour the ice and Sosa! ????”

Just how do you do that at the drive-up window? Personally, I love In-N-Out Burger here in CA They have their kitchens visible to drive-through customers through a whole wall of windows. No one is going to “adulterate” anything there. Besides, they are paying their people $11.00 an hour and they have health benefits as well, so their workforce is happy.

Sometimes I stop for a sausage mcmuffin, hash brown and soda on way in to work. Always go inside. The people in the one here are extremely nice and always smiling. (Coral Springs, FL)
