Democrats are lying to themselves about what this election meant

Democrats, of late, have taken to citing Hillary Clinton's historically large popular vote victory in the presidential race over Donald Trump as evidence that the country is still fundamentally on their side.

Judging by recent election results -- even before Clinton's stunning loss three weeks ago -- that's simply not true. Republicans not only control both the U.S. Senate and House but find themselves at or near historic highs in terms of governorships and state legislative control.

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack got it exactly right then when he told The Washington Post's Greg Jaffe that the current state of the Democratic party is like a tree that "looks healthy on the outside but is in the throes of slow and long-term demise.”

Problem is there are enough Hillry Clinton want-a-bees from county to county, across this nation... their mentality is to act out that perfect art of bullying, Obama is famous for establishing. There have been years of ‘bully’ training all through the public school system. I do not mess with Hillry supporters they are just as unstable as she is.

What else other than defeat do the 'Rats expect when they run a killing, thieving, lying, cheating, hateful, pro-Islamist, emotionally unstable, incompetent, promiscuous bisexual for the Presidency of the United States at the top of their ticket?

The alarming part is that they came so close to winning the presidency and not that far from recapturing the Senate.

Even though their ideology isn't very popular outside their pet constituent groups, they are still very much of threat because of their wealthy contributors, their zealousness in pushing their agenda, their control of the MSM, and the ignorance of the poorly educated American electorate.

The Democrat Party is largely a disaster controlled by the Left. Every self-respecting individual still registered as a Democrat should walk away and rethink what it means to be a liberty-loving American.

They can whine all they want. They might as well claim a baseball team with the most hits “won” a baseball game. That’s not how the game is scored and that’s also not how the election is scored.

They have only one standard - attack anything that works against them. That’s why they treated James Comey so bizarrely. He went from villain (when he began investigating Clinton), to hero (when he dropped the charges) to villain again (when he reopened the case). And they did it without a shred of recognizing how hypocritical it was!

If the Electoral College worked for them then they’d be crowing about how great it is. Expect them to get serious about “the Electoral College must be abolished” sooner rather than later. They can’t have ANYTHING stand in their way.
