Courts need to wise up & say “no standing” & get rid of this nonsense.
What are the chances they didn’t do some judge shopping first?
I know that in Pennsylvania she sued in state court so I’m guessing she does that in Wisconsin too. It would easily be removed to federal court but perhaps the Trump people are hoping that the state court will simply dismiss it.
Can anyone explain to me how Jill Stein has standing to request this recount?
I've said all along that her only motive in collecting all that money was to use it to pay lawyers, consultants and campaign staff (probably including many friends and family members) millions of dollars in a fruitless series of legal challenges.
That's why it looks like they never bothered with the standard recount procedures in either Wisconsin or Pennsylvania. If they do a recount, then the money they collected from all those stupid donors gets paid to the states so they can pay the people working for the election commission staff and doing the recounts. If they file lawsuits, then the money they collected gets paid to their own lawyers and consultants.
Pretty sure they are judge shopping right now.
She was on Fox biz Kennedy this evening trying to defend this. She failed miserably. Rambled nonsense for 10 minutes. She is nuts.

I don’t understand why conservatives are upset at all about this recount effort... I see it as a win-win-win. First, wastes a lot of Soros and other progressives’ money... Second, wastes a lot of bureaucrats time/effort, keeping them out of peoples’ business.. Lastly, in the ideal situation where they actually force the House to choose Trump, it alienates even more voters than Obama/Hillary did... the only people dumb enough to believe the MSM attempt to delegitimize the Trump presidency based on such tactics were never going to stray from the Dem plantation in the first place. All the swing voters that stayed home or voted 3rd party will see in 2yrs time after things start looking up, that Trump is not the 2nd coming of Hitler that he has been made out to be and that he is instead a refreshing alternative to everything that is wrong with politics as usual.

In WI, you don’t have to have standing. You just have to come up with the money.
One person with money should NOT be allowed to disenfranchise an entire states worth of votes.
No one person should have that kind of power.
It makes a mockery of our whole political system.

My feeling is Jill Stein knows what she did to help end Hillary’s scheme to be our country’s first woman President and doesn’t want to suddenly and mysteriously commit suicide...with two bullets in the back of the head...by rifle...at 300 yards.

I was thinking 10 to 25 times more... and I lean to the high side.
A machine can count 1000s of times faster than a human. So how many man hours would it take to hand count compared with feeding and babysitting machines?
Either that or she has failed to allege a claim for which relief may be granted. She does not have an injury that can be redressed by the court. No conceivable amount of fraud could have taken the election from the two front runners, Trump or Hillary and given it to her.
