Stein missed Pennsylvania's deadline to file for a voter-initiated recount. That blown deadline is a huge blow for Democrats who have pinned their hopes on recounts in the Keystone State, Michigan and Wisconsin.

"According to Wanda Murren, spokeswoman for the Pennsylvania Department of State," the Philadelphia Inquirer reported Monday, "the deadline for a voter-initiated recount was Monday, Nov. 21."

for two days people have posted that to get a recount in PN you have to go to court. The secretary of state is not a judge as far as I know. This is all confusing.

Until a judge rules otherwise

And I'm quite sure Team Clinton had the venue and the judge chosen months ago.

This, boys and girls, is NOT a last minute Hail Mary pass.

It's something else entirely.

It's the Lautenberg principle

Indeed it is: "The will of the people, not a hyper-technical reliance upon statutory provisions, should be our guiding principle."

Does anyone doubt that there are a number of Clinton or Obama appointed judges in PA to choose from?

“Ronald Reagan wasn’t on the ballot in 1988.”

oh, yes he was!!!! GHWB’s win was directly the result of RWR. GHWB had lost the IA caucus to Dole, and wasn’t very popular. RWR invited him to a one-on-one lunch at the WH, seen as his endorsement. GHWB went on to win the NH primary and the rest, as they say, is history.

Now we only have 6 more months of “Donald Trump and his cronies stole this election.....”

More like 4 years of this bullcrap from the DNC and its subsidiary, the Lame Stream Media. It might die down a bit when President Trump blows away Sen-nutter Fauxcahontis (or whatever the Dems put up in 2020) in the next election.

Or not. The DNC is still whining about 2000, aren't they?
