Very good point. Once election law is violated, is California itself a legal vote?
Votes from CA should be excluded from ANY election issue too- until they deal with this problem.
Isn't this actually a political party attempting to overththrow the will of the citizens by colluding with foreign nationals? And not only that, but forcing our people, against their will, to support them through tax payer funded social programs?
How many legal citizens have been turned down for help from these programs because the waiting list is backed up with people who shouldn't be here?
How much less in resources are available for these programs, because they are overwhelmed?
And does anyone really want to have less of their hard earned money to spend on their own families and have to work more hours, to pay to support these people, just so the democrats can have unlimited power? Really?

Yes, it needs to be litigated probably up to the Supreme Court. I doubt the Congress has the fire in the belly to legislate this issue.
Need a federal law that targets Illegals voting. Make it a felony and immediate deportation.
