While voting as a non-citizen in a US Federal election carries legal penalties, California Assembly Bill No. 1461[46] leaves the choice up to the individual:

"This bill would provide that if a person who is ineligible to vote becomes registered to vote by operation of the California New Motor Voter Program in the absence of a violation by that person of the crime described above, that person’s registration shall be presumed to have been effected with official authorization and not the fault of that person.

The bill would also provide that if a person who is ineligible to vote becomes registered to vote by operation of this program, and that person votes or attempts to vote in an election held after the effective date of the person’s registration, that person shall be presumed to have acted with official authorization and is not guilty of fraudulently voting or attempting to vote, unless that person willfully votes or attempts to vote knowing that he or she is not entitled to vote.

There’s no check, of any kind, on an illegal alien voting in an election, beyond the illegal alien’s own conscience.

So California is knowingly helping non-citizens to vote illegally.
Seems like something the Feds will want to investigate once we have a non-communist government.

“Seems like something the Feds will want to investigate once we have a non-communist government.”

Couldn't agree more. I wonder what the left’s position on this would be if illegal voters tended to vote Republican?

Violating federal election law with state-sanctioned impunity and approval. This disenfranchises millions of honest, legitimate voters and ensures Democrats win 2/3 of the votes from here to eternity.

Evict and deport all illegals in January. It’s the only way to save the nation.

California sucks in so many ways. My wife and I hate every living here with this crap, but we are, stuck for several reasons.

If CA can't ensure that only citizens are voting, the 55 electoral votes from CA should be removed from participation in the election process until they remedy the deficiency.

Illegals can register and vote for local issues.

But there is no way to differentiate them when voting.

They get the same ballot as everyone else and no identifying info is included on the ballot after voting.

So if there’s a local issue included on your ballot for presidential election, all they have to do is check the box for prez.

That’s why you know H lost the popular vote, of actual citizens, that is.

I don’t think they can do that everywhere. Probably a different ballot also. It would be easier just to fraudulently request as an absentee voter. There is no proof necessary of anything to get one online at least where I live.

It's time to knock off the false outrage over PRESIDENT Trump's comment.

Over 60,000 illegal aliens got their kalifornia driver's licenses since Oct of this year. It isn't just kalifornia either.

From the Wall Street Journal:

"About 40% of the nation’s foreign-born individuals now live in a state that offers licenses to residents regardless of status."

Absolutely. I expect this voter issue to be a high priority in the Trump admin.

The feds also need to write a law that if a state issues drivers licenses to illegal aliens then those licenses are invalid for proof of identification at airports, federal courts, and any federal facilities.

Also if a states driver’s licenses don’t clearly indicate the country of citizenship of green cardholders or valid visa holders then allndrivers licenses from that state are also invalid.

The Electoral College.

And some people say we don’t need it.

All states that do similarly should be removed from presidential elections and receive any federal funding until it is again rectified. We either live by rule of law or give up the false pretense of it.

What Trump said was true. He would have won the popular vote of not for things like this. Time to take California back.

Every time liberals deny a statement by Donald Trump and attack him for saying it we find out that the liberals are indeed doing exactly what he accuses them of doing.

This would be the wrong way to go about it, but TSA could refuse to accept a divers license from offending states as valid ID. So nobody with a California license can board a flight in the United States. Now that could cause some noise. It would go along nicely with withholding Federal funds for Sanctuary political units.

Drug use and rape are also left up to the individual, and just like felonious voting can change your life drastically.
