From just TEN California sanctuary counties plus the sanctuary city of Chicago Clinton got 4 million more votes than Trump. Even if 1/8 were from illegal aliens that’s a quarter of her popular vote “lead.”
Local laws for local elections vary and in a lot of cases are based on residence and not citizenship. Fed law is clear - citizens vote.

Correct, but is illegal for legal permanent residents to vote. This is a bigger problem than illegal aliens voting.

You're right about legal non-citizens voting but you're misreading the words "Illegal Alien Voters" in the title.
Since the article's statistics are of the "adult non-citizen population" it clearly means illegal "alien voters" as in all "aliens voters" (non-citizen voters) are illegal voters.

Both non citizens and illegal aliens are not legally permitted to vote in the presidential election. But they do.
I now see what you meant. I always use the wording “illegal alien voting”... but maybe I should call it illegal “alien voting.”

Everything is guesses: With Obola’s global socialists wanting only a few dozen voting and claiming “they are honest taxpayers earning a living” while we believe some 30 - 40 million are living here with MOST collecting billions in welfare and school and medical assistance while paying NO taxes and NO social security on the jobs they have stolen at all!
We’ve fought for Voter ID in Texas for years, to stop this.

I know so many young adults who never vote. This makes illegal votes even worse.
