Here in Los Angeles, where nearly half of the city’s residents are Latino, Mayor Eric Garcetti has vowed to do everything he can to fight widespread deportations of illegal immigrants.
In New York, with a large and diverse Latino population, Mayor Bill de Blasio has pledged not to cooperate with immigration agents. And Mayor Rahm Emanuel of Chicago has declared that it “will always be a sanctuary city.” Across the nation, officials in sanctuary cities are gearing up to oppose President-elect Donald J. Trump if he follows through on a campaign promise to deport millions of illegal immigrants. They are promising to maintain their policies of limiting local law enforcement cooperation with federal immigration agents.

The writers seem to be assuming that everyone who is latino is in favor of illegal aliens breaking our laws with impunity.
They are wrong.
Citizens of every hue want the borders secured and the laws enforced.

Declare martial law in all ‘sanctuary ‘ cities . Suspend habeus corpus in these locations ,until the civil authorities step down and are replaced
I would add - charged as accomplices to crimes committed by illegal aliens, tried, convicted, put away.

I am of the same thinking. Enforcing Immigration Law is an essential duty of the federal government. Any interference or obstruction from a city's *choke* leadership will require a military response.

Arrest the Mayors of Los Angeles Chicago and New York and send them to Joe Arpaio’s jail.
If we cut off funds, they’ll blame us for hurting the POOR people.

We do not have the personnel necessary to declare martial law in all ‘sanctuary ‘ cities.
Not only will funds for sanctuary cities be cut, the cities will have to send a refund to the federal govt.
