Jill Stein has requested a full recount of the presidential election in Wisconsin, alleging that foreign hackers could have skewed the result by obtaining the state’s voter database and then filing bogus absentee ballots.

In order to cheat large scale, you would first have to determine who definitely won’t vote. Dead people of course are good candidates. If they are daring, they could include people who have mot voted in a long while.
The next step would include an elaborate network of people willing to let their address be used.
This makes it unlikely.
I do believe it happens small scale...people voting for dead granny of for the kids who are away at college. Hut a large scale effort is nearly impossible.

You have no idea about a ground game, do you. In a good ground game, you know your voters personally. You know who is enthusiastic to vote, who has to be pulled and pushed to vote, and who will not vote no matter how hard you push.
So why would she do it in a state like NH that went for Clinton in a close race?

Ask the voter directly if he voted absentee. Ask details about the ballot, the mail envelope it came in, the envelope he returned it in, etc.
