Every Cuban offical we have from Carlos Curbelo, Marco Rubio to Ileana-ros-Lehtinen have all given heartfelt speeches on how Cuba might get a chance at freedom one day now that the head dictator is dead and gone.

Problem is his brother Raoul's first move was to round up all those advocating freedom on the island and slam them in jail almost immediately.

Little has changed in Cuba and probably won't until he's gone and even then those in power seldom give it up.
