Depends on whether or not he,Trump, puts the blockade back on or not.
Cuba is run by Castro Inc. It's a huge corporation run by Raoul now, that controls all the capitalism on the islad. Just to make sure no one gets anything at all but them. IN the third world money is power. Those in power want it all. Over the years Castro inc.,the brothers, have created a big enough basically personal army,think obma's brownshirts, that can enforce his every desire. Once Raoul dies,I don't know what will happen or who will be in charge,usually its a relative of the dictator.
