Clinton campaign lawyer Marc E. Elias gave the scheme away in an article published Saturday morning at Medium announcing Clinton would join the recount effort in Wisconsin by Green Party presidential nominee Jill Stein and that Clinton would join Stein should she also file for recounts in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Elias wrote that starting the day after the election the Clinton campaign worked to find ways to reverse Trump’s election.
Elias’ statement:
…we have quietly taken a number of steps in the last two weeks to rule in or out any possibility of outside interference in the vote tally in these critical battleground states.
First, since the day after the election we have had lawyers and data scientists and analysts combing over the results to spot anomalies that would suggest a hacked result. These have included analysts both from within the campaign and outside, with backgrounds in politics, technology and academia.
Second, we have had numerous meetings and calls with various outside experts to hear their concerns and to discuss and review their data and findings. As a part of this, we have also shared out data and findings with them. Most of those discussions have remained private, while at least one has unfortunately been the subject of leaks.
Third, we have attempted to systematically catalogue and investigate every theory that has been presented to us within our ability to do so.
Fourth, we have examined the laws and practices as they pertain to recounts, contests and audits.
Fifth, and most importantly, we have monitored and staffed the post-election canvasses — where voting machine tapes are compared to poll-books, provisional ballots are resolved, and all of the math is double checked from election night. There really is no other solution. By voting for Clinton, they have endorsed this behavior. If you speak to any liberal in existence, they believe that it is okay for corruption and murder to take place within the government so long as liberal policies are pushed through.
Until voting for liberal politicians is punishable by death, even the least powerful liberal is a serious threat to your life, liberty, and property.
The problem here is they actually have to FLIP 3 states. Right now it is Trump 306 to HiLIARy 232. Even if all three states fail to complete, and Trump loses those votes, it is still Trump 268, which is a majority of the votes cast, and he still wins. 70,000 votes is a lot to find without any more for Trump. I don’t think that’s possible, but I know HiLIARY/Sorass have several other devious, evil, illegal plans to disrupt. HiLIARy would rather start full-blown nuclear war than lose. If she can’t have it, nobody can.

How could they tell?
If anyone has access to these ballots....Think bribes, threats & what not to gain access to storage rooms or vaults—Trump votes can be replaced with Hillary ballots. Trump ballots could be destroyed. etc.
I read somewhere that provisional ballots and absentee ballots are not counted unless the race is real close.
If so, this is a good way for them to “generate” more votes for Clinton.
I haven’t hear of any chicanery involving the overseas military votes, but in the past the ballots weren’t sent to them in time for them to get them back by election day.

Some absentee ballots can be counted days (maybe even a week or two) after Election Day. I think most states just require them to be postmarked on or before Election Day.
The numbers to compare across elections are the votes going into the first recount, not the manufactured votes during the initial vote count, as you are doing. The WA recount changed a few hundred votes, not thousands.
Trump's lawyers are on it, as are knowledgeable people on Free Republic. You're just adding to the overblown hysteria.

I have zero fear that there was any systematic voter fraud on our side. However, as Lenin reportedly once said, it’s not who votes, but who counts the votes.
And the goddam Clintons will now get to “count” them one more time, since they didn’t cheat enough in the actual election. They are so eminently hateable.
