Other things can appear, too. I “believe” this hasn’t tapped into any of the absentee (e.g. military) votes yet either. Wisconsin has a pretty large volunteer quotient does it not? Almost nobody in that situation would be stupid enough to want Hillary would they? Grand old badger state, come through and knock it even further into Trump’s park.
It takes a special kind of stupid for anyone to pretend that hacking or voter fraud was responsible for Clinton's loss in a state where she didn't even make a single campaign appearance after she was nominated.
I think the real concern is that the recount might not be completed by whenever the Electoral College is supposed to vote and Wisconsin might not get to vote. If this happens in enough States Trump wouldn't get to 270.

If the total number of votes counted this time is many thousands higher than the original total there’ll have to be a complete audit to find out why and the ‘new’ result won’t be certified. It’ll be challenged and tied up in court with plenty of allegations of fraud and ballot stuffing.
Were that to happen, the electoral college would remove that state and reduce the magic number accordingly and Trump would still win. Whether he’s got 306 EVs or 270 or even some smaller number, he’ll still have more empaneled electors than Illary so she still loses. Her current number of 232 EVs simply isn’t going to ever be enough to surpass Trump’s number, whatever that final number ends up being.
That’s not how it works. Read the procedures.
The leftover money from the donation scam should be used for a recount in ILL-ANNOY. Take out the dead voters, non-registered voters, non-citizen voters, non-secured ballot boxes, and hacked machines, I think Trump carried ILL-ANNOY.

You should be concerned about that. They have no problem with cheating to win elections. They always cheat. They just did not cheat enough the first round so they need another shot at it now that they know how many votes they need to produce in order to “win.”
