To clear up a point: a federal court COULD rule that a legislature violated some other part of the Constitution ... somehow.
I can’t imagine how a federal court would, but I’m not a lawyer.
Anyway, it would still end up in congress for them to decide what to do with those electoral votes.
I agree with not being complacent. A lot of powerful people stand to lose their power and wealth if Trump drains the swamp. They will do anything to maintain that power...anything.
This is a combination cash grab and desensitizing of flks to outre` behavior regarding elections - they want to make the unthinkable into everyday behavior in the hopes of being able to steal later elections during any part of the process - before and after the actual official tabulation of the votes.
You should be concerned about that. They have no problem with cheating to win elections. They always cheat. They just did not cheat enough the first round so they need another shot at it now that they know how many votes they need to produce in order to “win.”
