Criminals are violent and harm people. Some are truly evil and harm many. Because he is of the left the other leftists have let him continue harming others. A war crimes trial for what he did with the NAZIS and some more trials fore everything else would be life or execution. Good people don’t let evil do perpetual evil without punishment.
Soros very carefully skirts around laws but he doesn't break them. He does his evil within existing law. My suggestion is people who are harmed by his paid thugs (disguised as 'protesters') should sue his organizations. Shop owners in Chicago banding together in a class action suit against the outrage of paid thugs would be a start. Protesters have rights... but do those include destroying businesses? My guess is they don't...
The courts weighing in on Soros's thuggish ways would start the process of creating laws against his form of violence.
