As has been mentioned, the risk in this recount is the absentees and provisional ballots that were rejected.
These get re-examined. Some may get included, when they were not before.

Trump currently has 306 so the only way he goes below 270 is all 3 states. At least this is what I see.
Trump's not worried about it, his team is treating the entire thing with a yawn. They are not even sending a legal team to contest it. And even the liberal media (Washington Post and New York Times) is saying it stands 0% chance of overturning the election result. Look at this way, the democrats couldn't even manufacture 500 ballots to change the election in Florida 2000. Does anybody honestly think they are going to successfully manufacture 60,000+ votes across three separate states, and manage to get those three states elections decertified and reversed BEFORE the Electoral College votes on December 19th.

The constitution specifies that the electors shall meet in their respective state capitols and will cast their ballots on the third Monday in December. They have done so in every presidential election to date.

Try to see the whole story. Any recount will find hundreds of thousands of manufactured and illegal votes for Hillary in Milwaukee County alone.
