All three states must be flipped.

Hard to believe they would do this unless they were sure they would get a recount

Supposedly CNN is saying only some counties will be counted, not statewide recount.

‘The electors WILL vote on December 19.’

I don’t recall that happening in 2000

Per the law, until the fee is paid, they don’t start the recount. They are working on the amount now and per the documents should have it by end of next week. Then if she doesn’t pay, I would assume its over.

This is already unconstitutional per the 2000 Gore decision.

As I understand it, if the recount can’t be completed by Dec. 13, the sate legislature can step in and instruct the electors for whom to cast the states votes.

All three states have GOP Legislatures. So you can see where this is heading. “Selected, not elected”.

Diabolical.

CLINTON, HILLARY (DEM) 47.63%     Votes: 2,863,945
TRUMP, DONALD J (REP) 48.80%     Votes: 2,934,583

70,648 to be precise. Even if they flip the others but not PA Trump wins.

“Republican President-elect Donald Trump defeated Democratic rival Hillary Clinton by 10,704 votes in the state of Michigan, according to certified unofficial county-by-county results released on Wednesday by the Michigan secretary of state.”

It is 306 to 232 — they need 74 votes: WI is 10, PA is 20, OH is 18 — total 48. Throw in MI at 16 they are still 10 short.

Your math is wrong. If you take away 48 votes from Trump he will have 258 EVs. Add those to the hildabeast she will have 280 EVs 10 more than necessary.

Be very afraid that they have had this time to stuff ballot boxes and "discover" trunkloads of "uncounted" absentee ballots like they did in Florida.

They have cherry picked these three states and it ain't no coincidence.

Trump just hired this guy - Donald McGahn - White House Counsel and Assistant to the President.

He’s an election law expert.

According too the law anyone can ask for and get a recount if they can pay for it. Of course if there is a challenge to thev r,ecount and the challenge is upheld there is no recount.

AL Gore conceded, and then recanted his concession.

If there is cheating on the recount that makes the revised vote favor Hillary, she’ll un-concede too.

If that is the case, then only democrat counties will be recounted. That’s where all the “undiscovered” ballots will appear.

deport wrote: “Thanks. Good points.”

I do not think she is trying to change anything, ie, her winning, Trump losing, etc. She realizes the chances of changing anything are non-existent.

This is a cheap publicity stunt.
Cheap, since it’s not costing her anything.
Publicity stunt. She is saying to all the disgruntled Clinton voters they should have supported the Green Party since it is the only party willing to challenge Trump.

A recount doesn’t nullify the previous counts until the recount is complete. Furthermore, they can stop recounts. Florida 2000 general election is a good example.

They will go to court and try to prevent the Electors from voting until the recount is complete.

Supreme Court already ruled in the Florida Bush/Gore election that the deadline could not be extended

Is anybody even remotely a bit worried about all this. I'm sure Trump has his lawyers ready...but there is much evil and money behind these dirty people. They have folks in high place that will lie with a absolute straight face. Clinton is not going to go gently into that night. This is ALL about getting The Beast Clinton into power. I will breath a sigh of relief when trump is sworn into office.
