You need 270 to win. Trump at 306 minus the 48 = 258.
Thus Trump doesn’t have the number to win. Now what
will happen I don’t know but that is what they are trying
to do is to get Trump below the number needed to win.
Rest assured he is. He and his lawyers are on top of this ready to pounce.
Only if they flip to Hillary. Not if they go to Stein. Which they can't possibly, but good grief, Stein is the one who wants a recount!

Publicity. But WI law is any candidate in the race an request one. It isn’t clear (to me) on what grounds it can be granted or if it can be refused.

Long shot, yes. But I wouldn’t put anything passed these people, they’ve had weeks to manufacture whatever is needed.
Thank God! The Greens in WI should have gotten their 5%. Hillary Campaign stole their votes and thought no one would notice.
The only requirement is that the candidate pays for it. It can’t be refused on any other basis.
Stein wants the recount to help Hillary not herself.

How much does anyone want to bet they end up petitioning the SC to delay the EC vote until this “recount” is done?
Excerpt from the Wisconsin Election Commission about this request...”In a recount, all ballots (including those that were originally hand counted) are examined to determine voter intent before being retabulated. In addition, the county boards of canvassers will examine other documents, including poll lists, written absentee applications, rejected absentee ballots, and provisional ballots before counting the votes.”
This tells me they will be looking at the undervotes and guessing who the person might have voted for if he/she left the President selection blank. We’re back into hanging and dimpled chads territory from 2000.
I think I read there were 87,000 undervotes...more than enough to divine a win for Hillary.
If that's their plan, it won't work.
If the vote cannot be certified by a certain date, the constitution empowers the state legislature to assign the electors to whichever candidate they wish. The electors WILL vote on December 19.
If it comes to this, Trump cannot be denied these EV because all three states have Republican controlled legislatures.
I did some real math this time. It looks like Trump won WI by 27,000.
If you look at the WI map it is almost all red except a few (obviously large) precincts.
If it was geographically split maybe, but with that map it will probably end up with MORE Trump votes.

I think prosecuting him and seizing his assets would be devastating. Make him a pauper and sentence him to at least a few years.
But then the pinheads will then say that Trump was selected, not elected. This is just a ploy to try and diminish Trump's standing while keeping the moonbats at a full rabid lather.
They would need to reverse all 3 of the states she is asking for a recount in for Trump to lose and Hillary to win.
“Found” ballot boxes used to be common here in New Mexico. Makes me so angry! Anything “found” after the official election needs to be sent to the dump.
