As much as I love Arpaio, he's kinda getting on in years.
As for Clark, no to DHS. It's a BS administrative job and I think Congress should repeal it with something less intrusive that makes sure the various security agencies talk to each other.
I would be okay with Clark for FBI director just after Rudy. We need a strong LEO type and/or prosecutor in the FBI to back up Attorney General Sessions. Think what they could do to turn us back to a nation of laws!

Arpaio for ICE Arpaio is both too old and too radioactive for ICE. He's been officially charged with criminal contempt for ignoring a judge's orders regarding racial profiling practices.
That's just a non-starter for leading ICE...
