Clark would be a good man to have in the administration in some capacity. Maybe as head of the FBI. Homeland Security would be a good place for him as well.

I’m thinking something like Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security or Homeland Security Adviser which are cabinet level (see Steve Bannon, Mike Flynn, KT McFarland) but no Senate confirmation needed.
These will be Trump’s inner circle where they control the agenda outside of the bureaucratic agencies.
