I think the real strategy is to deny Trump the WI electoral vote by demanding a recount approach that cannot get done in time for December 13th.

The real strategy is to raise money from the gullible. Stein now has a nice stash for furthering her political ambitions that she couldn’t have gotten any other way.

Dammit! Didn't somebody think to corner Jill Stein on whether or not she would accept the election results!???

Just one question: If she decides to not demand a recount, does she get to keep the money?

Going back to my coffee and my banana cream pie now. Ooooh. There's blackberry, too. Dang it! So many pies. So few stomachs!

Her campaign wants a recount done by hand.

WI’s SOS will tell her to get a court order for it.

And she has no evidence of vote fraud or vote tampering.

As the late Carl Sagan stated, extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.

And we don’t even have that present here. It should be denied.

As more money flooded in for her effort – which aims to fund recounts in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, all states where Donald Trump narrowly beat Hillary Clinton – she admitted she had no hard evidence of fraud but said the systems were vulnerable.

Oh, OK. That ought to hold up well in court. LOL.

“...she admitted she has no evidence of (voter) fraud..”

so this is all BS

probably Soros trying to “delegitimize” the election to further weaken the American political system for his eventual re-capture (another stealth alien infiltrator candidate maybe? or another purchased and paid for candidate?) take your pick!

Jill Stein has no chance of winning, her request should be denied.

I thought the votes had already been certified. The dates she is spewing is the last day to challenge the votes.

Stein lacks standing, as she cannot reasonably demonstrate that different results would have benefited her in any meaningful way.

I bet you that the states reject the filings and just move on.

1. She doesn’t have standing - a recount would not change her performance in the races.

2. The “scientists” who performed the analysis state flatly that they have “no evidence” that there was fraud perpetrated.

3. The recount is ultimately at the discretion of the powers that be in that state - Secretary of State and/or Courts. Remember what we went through in 2000 with a recount in just a couple of counties in FL? No way the powers that be want to go through that again.

This is all a big show to attempt to delegitimize Trump’s election. It will fail.

How fast will they run away from this recount once it shows Democrats comitted voter fraud by these Soros machines?

Stein is technically not an aggrieved party. At uslegal.com, we find: An aggrieved party can be any person whose financial, personal, or property rights or interests are adversely affected by an act of another or an order, judgment or statute. A recount would not have any reasonable expectation of providing Stein's electors with a different outcome in Wisconsin or any other state.

Think of what this much money and time and effort could do for whatever cause or people they claim to care about. It proves that their “issues” are not really their issues, otherwise they would manage to raise this much money and do their good deeds towards those ends. CAUGHT in their lies.

Libs hate voting. Simply trying to have a judge declare HRC the winner. Of course they think we all gonna shrug and say ok. Cause a judge says so. While they ignore judges they don’t like
